Chicago, IL - June 4-7, 2007 TAKK Industries, an innovative manufacturer and distributor of static elimination equipment, will exhibit and discuss several of its newest hi-tech products at CMM 2007 tradeshow. Featured products will be IonStorm XR2, Ion-Edge Model 400T, Model 5851 Precision Point Static Eliminator, and Model 5850 Precision Point Ionizing Air Nozzle.
TAKK IonStorm XR2, the most powerful in its class of high performing tools, is a shockless pulsed DC extended range ionization system that can eliminate static from a distance of over 36" from the work surface. Ion-Edge, a shockless AC static elimination bar, is ideally engineered for use by end users and original equipment manufacturers. Model 5851 Precision Point Shockless AC Eliminator effectively neutralizes static from wide and narrow webs, small objects such as plastic parts & bottles, filament, die cut parts, trim, tapes, sleevers, RFID tags, etc. Its resistively coupled design produces a high volume of ionization in a range up to 3" from target and is very effective even at high production speeds. Model 5850 Precision Point Shockless AC Ionizing Compressed Air Nozzle, with an extended range of 6" from target, combines static elimination benefits with compressed air removal of dust and contaminants.
