Burbank, Calif., July 2006 - Steril-Aire, Inc., which manufactures a line of patented "UVC Emitters(TM)" for mold and microbial control, has named John C. Scheidel, P.E. as northeastern regional sales manager.
Scheidel brings 20 years of related expertise to Steril-Aire, where he will be responsible for sales throughout the northeastern and mid-Atlantic states. He spent the last eight years as a managing member of Cleanroom Solutions LLC (Vernon, Conn.), a cleanroom design-build firm. Prior to that, he held a range of sales, project engineering and construction management posts for other companies in the cleanroom and HVAC industries.
Scheidel holds a Professional Engineering license in the state of Connecticut. He is also a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and a published technical author. Scheidel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Hartford, College of Engineering.
