Solid State Vacuum and Pressure Switch / Sensors for Precise Monitoring and Control

Vaccon Company, Inc. of Medway, Massachusetts offers a compact, all-in-one output device and digital gauge for precise monitoring of vacuum (VDS Series) or pressure (PDS Series) in systems, process control, and leak testing applications. The digital vacuum and pressure switch/sensors offer 2 switch outputs to control multiple devices and feature solid-state components and dust/drip proof enclosures (IP65 IEC standards) for superior reliability and durability.
Measuring just 1.25" square, the Vaccon VDS Series digital vacuum and PDS Series pressure switch/sensors are combination output devices and digital gauges in one; thus reducing the number of components needed in a system. Available in either PNP or NPN output, the Vaccon digital switch/sensors can monitor the high/low limits for vacuum or pressure control, and system conditions. For process control and leak testing applications, the 1-5 VDC analog output easily interfaces with a PLC to track system performance and are ideal to incorporate with FRL's.
The Vaccon programmable digital sensors provide full 3-digit display, red LED indicators and offer 8 globally accepted display scales to choose from: "Hg, mmHg, PSI, bar, mbar, gf/cm2, kgf/cm2 and kPa. Optional accessories include rear mount, bottom mount or panel mount brackets and electrical quick disconnects.
