SYCODE Publishes White Paper on a Solution to the CAD Interoperability Problem

Panaji, Goa - 18th Sep, 2007 - SYCODE today published its first white paper describing how the next generation of CAD software solves the CAD interoperability problem.

"At SYCODE our primary focus is on writing software, not white papers", explains Deelip Menezes, owner of SYCODE. "However, we believe that white papers can be used to educate customers and prospects so that they are able to make informed decisions. SYCODE white papers are not sponsored by any company or organization and we have total editorial control over the contents of our white papers."

The CAD industry has been plagued by the interoperability problem ever since CAD software vendors started making use of their proprietary file formats to lock users into using their software. This white paper explains how the next generation of CAD software, something that we at SYCODE refer to as CAD 2.0, offers a solution to this problem.

The free white paper, authored by Deelip Menezes, is titled "CAD 2.0 - Finally a Solution to the CAD Interoperability Problem" and can be downloaded at www.sycode.com/publications/white_papers/cad_20.pdf.
