SAE International and Findlay Media Team to Produce New European Automotive Design Magazine



WARRENDALE, Pa., -- A new publication focusing on the design and engineering elements of the automotive industry will soon be in the hands of professionals across Europe. Automotive Design magazine, a collaborative project between SAE International and Findlay Media, will offer design engineers a cross section of technology based on case studies and features.

The magazine's format will enable readers to get a broad scope of relevant content in each issue, as well as in-depth coverage of a specific area. In addition, the magazine will be supported by a Web site containing many Web 2.0 features, including blogs, reader comments, videos, downloadable white papers, and more.

"Europe is home to some of the top automotive design engineers in the world," Scott Sward, Director of Sales and Marketing for SAE International said. "We feel that Automotive Design magazine will fill the need for a strong design engineering publication to help inform and educate these top professionals.
