The 2011 Firestone Master Contractor and Inner Circle of Quality awards recognize firms for their commitment to high-quality commercial roofing system installation. The two coveted achievements in the commercial roofing industry, the Master Contractor Program recognizes firms that consistently demonstrate quality craftsmanship and installation excellence.
This is the 17th year Richard L. Sensenig Co., Inc. has earned the Firestone Inner Circle of Quality Award. The Inner Circle of Quality Award annually honors a distinguished group of Master Contractors that installed a minimum of four warranted Firestone roofs in each of the past five years, maintained at least two million square feet of Firestone roofs under warranty, and achieved an annual Quality Incidence Rating (QIR) of 2.0 or less. Firestone's QIR measures each contractor's quality performance based on warranty repair incidences per million square feet under warranty.
This year, Richard L. Sensenig Co., Inc. has also earned Firestone Master Contractor status for the 21st time. The firm received the Master Contractor Award based on total square footage installed and Quality Points accumulated for exceptional inspection ratings on Firestone Red ShieldŽ warranted RubberGard(TM) EPDM, UltraPIy(TM) TPO, UNA-CLAD(TM) metal and asphalt roofing system installations completed over the past year.
