Richard is responsible for the leadership, management, and development of Bicron's Direct Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. Richard completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing at Central Connecticut State University, and has over 20 years of experience in successfully developing growth opportunities in global markets with technology-based programs.
