Revised Telemecanique U. S. Web Site features Library of Information that's Easy to Navigate

PALATINE, Ill. - October 10, 2006 - Schneider Electric North American Operating Division has updated its Telemecanique® U.S. Web site - www.us.telemecanique.com - making it even easier for users to navigate to the automation and control information they need. The site's drop-down navigation menus allow visitors to reach their destination in a minimum number of clicks.
"The revised Web site is designed as a resource library for OEMs, system integrators and control panel builders in a variety of industries," says Ian Hitchins, director of the applications and solutions team for Schneider Electric. "From the home page, users can access information about Telemecanique automation and control products by category name, industry-specific solutions, services, support, codes and documentation with a single click." Hitchins points out that visitors can use standard navigation menus or the "quick selector" options in the center of the page.
Contact information for the U.S. automation and control help desk and customer service center are located on every page for quick and easy access. Another key feature of the revised Web site is the expanded archive of case studies that offer problem/solution-oriented application stories about real-life companies around the world.
