Reis Robotics announces the opening of its new painting center.
Employing a new cleaning technology, using heated water under high pressure, allows reducing the use of thinners to a maximum. The cleaning water is recycled and can be reinjected into the cleaning process without any harm to the environment. Waste treatment is limited to oil-, grease-, and dirt-particles.
The new painting center of Reis possesses two drying and one painting cabin. Due to its heat recovery system, the equipment works with very high energy efficiency. The painting cabin in particular uses extensive filters, ensuring that no polluting particles will be released.
The new painting center of Reis ensures a dust-free painting, and by this, exceptional painting finish coupled with eco-friendly energy efficiency.
With this building investment, Reis Robotics focuses on state-of-the-art technology and, at the same time, sustains the production site Obernburg.
