(Beloit, WI): Mark J. Gliebe, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Regal-Beloit Corporation (NYSE:RBC), announced that the Board of Directors, at its regular quarterly meeting held on July 27, 2012, declared a dividend of $.19 per share. The dividend is payable on October 12, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 28, 2012. This represents the 209th consecutive dividend declared by the Company.
