July 24, 2006 (Beloit, WI): Henry W. Knueppel, Chief Executive Officer of REGALBELOIT
CORPORATION (NYSE:RBC), announced that the Board of Directors, at their regular quarterly meeting held on Friday July 21, 2006, declared a dividend of $.14 per share payable on October 16, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 29, 2006. The dividend represents the 185th consecutive dividend declared by the Company.
