Allan Brill named Continuous Improvement Manager.
Robert Savitzky, President of RS Precision, today announced the addition of Allan Brill, a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with Lean Expert accreditations, to the RS Precision staff. Mr. Brill takes on the newly formed position of Continuous Improvement Manager.
With over 20 years of process development experience, Allan Brill has a seasoned engineering and process development background within a variety of manufacturing and electronics corporations, including ten years as the Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell International. He is a graduate of Polytechnic Institute of New York University where he earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
Six Sigma improves the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing processes. Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt denotes an expert in Six Sigma philosophies and principles. Black Belts have a thorough understanding of all aspects of Six Sigma's DMAIC model-Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control.
