Portable CATV Signal Analyzer Provides Auto Scan Testing

Toronto, Canada – GAO Instruments (www.GAOInstruments.com) is offering its portable CATV signal analyzer which is able to accurately measure CATV TILT and trunk cable voltage. This signal analyzer is specially designed and manufactured for CATV system installation and testing.
This rugged and handheld CATV signal analyzer, model A0N00002, features high speed measurement, auto scan testing and auto-off time setup. This instrument tests CATV signal levels in both channel and frequency modes. In scan mode, the signal analyzer store signal levels for each channel. In spectrum mode it provides spectrum display and tests for a certain frequency range. It also tests DVB-C digital signal features including average peak power, MER, BER, C/N, EVM and provides constellation diagram.
This portable CATV signal analyzer provides a wide frequency range of 40 MHz to 870 MHz and a maximum channel scan of 100 channels. It is equipped with a large matrix LCD with back light. In addition, this signal analyzer is powered by a 7.2 V DC rechargeable battery for continuous operation of more than 4.5 hours.
This handheld CATV/QAM analyzer belongs to GAO's family of CATV Meters & Instruments.
