Columbus, Ohio - Plaskolite, Inc., the largest US manufacturer of continuously processed thermoplastic sheet products, announces the acquisition of the VIVAKŪ PETG sheet USA business from Bayer MaterialScience LLC.
The purchase of the VIVAK PETG sheet business further enhances the company's product offering to its distribution customer base. "Our dedicated leadership team continuously searches for opportunities to further strengthen our position as an innovative leader in the industry", said James R. Dunn, President of Plaskolite.
VIVAKŪ is the brand and market leader for PETG products.
