Photocircuits Selects Two New Executives


Photocircuits announced today that it has appointed two new executives to its management team. Joining Photocircuits as the company's new CEO is Steven Lach. Steven joins the company having served most recently as the VP and General Manager of the Western Region of Sanmina-SCI Corporation. "We are very pleased to have Steven joining our team. His 18+ years of operations experience in the PCB industry will significantly accelerate the transformation that has been going on in the company over the past few years," commented Larry Polhill, President of American Pacific Corp, the owner of Photocircuits.

Steven has held senior positions in operations with major, high technology PCB manufacturers over the past 18 years including Sanmina, HADCO, Continental Circuits, and AT & T Richmond. His diverse experience and proven accomplishments in PCB operations will enable the company to continue to ramp its operations in the military, computer, medical and other end-use markets.

Also joining the team is Gary Meier as VP Sales and Marketing. Gary most recent position was Business Manager of the Sanmina-SCI facility in Phoenix where he was responsible for the overall business strategy for that operation. Prior positions included senior positions in Quality, Engineering, Production Control, Front End Engineering and 10 years as Executive Sales Manager for Continental Circuits.

Both of these men bring a wealth of talent to our company and will strengthen the movement to a highly competitive domestic operation that will focus on the Prototype, Quick Turn and standard lead time services to many end use markets. Because of the past experience of these new leaders Photocircuits' focus and growth on Military and higher technology products and market segments will be significantly enhanced," concluded McNamee.

PC Asia, Photocircuits' venture with GBM in China continues to ramp and will continue to provide the volume, low cost solution for many of our US and International customers. "The 'One Stop Shop' solution: protos and NPI volumes in the US coupled with volume services out of PC Asia, continues to win new customers," stated Steve Graves, VP Sales for PC Asia.
