Garfield, NJ, December 9, 2009 -- Papertec Inc., a leading distributor of plugboard, specialty papers and films, is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed a merger with WJJ & Company, LLC. Papertec has been a very successful specialty materials sales and brokerage firm with over twenty five years experience in the paper and plastics industry and has had a very solid working relationship for the last five years with WJJ & Company. The decision to combine both entities and work as one solid business unit will allow us be more efficient in our processes and better service all of our customers.
The merged entity will do business as Papertec.
