Saskatoon – POS Bio-Sciences’ Vice President of Technology, Dr. Rick Green, was featured in a recent article by Senior Editor Stephen Daniells recently interviewed, Dr. Green to get him to speak about POS’s history, the industry trends that POS has seen throughout their thirty-seven (37) years and what we believe the future holds for the ingredient industry.

Dr. Green highlights a number of areas of interest, including the growth of micro algae, the transition from by-products to co-products, and fractions (protein and lipid specifically).
