Local companies and their equipment idled by failed hose assemblies will surely benefit from the new on-site hose replacement service in their area. PIRTEK will minimize equipment downtime and increase productivity by bringing hose and fitting replacement services directly to customer jobsites within one hour of a call for assistance.

The opening of this Hose Service Center also allows us to provide over counter service to local companies and enables us to add more on-site service vans that will tap into a larger market just west of Charlotte.”
The new 6,000 square foot Hose Service Center, located at 1101 W. Franklin Boulevard, will serve as home base to the fleet of on-site Mobile Service Units.  The facility will be stocked with a wide variety of hoses, fittings and adapters for made-to-order hose assemblies for walk-in customers. With the opening of PIRTEK Gastonia, McArdle will be installing a “Brake Room” specifically designed to be a resource for local automotive and car repair shops. The shop will have the capability to fabricate custom built DOT brake hoses, air conditioning and power steering hoses.
Mobile service will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling (980) 320-8484. The Hose Center will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.
