Ohio Gratings, Inc. Expands by Adding a Texas Bar Grating Facility
Canton, Ohio - March 25, 2008 - Ohio Gratings, Inc. is proud to announce the growth of their company by opening their newest 31,000 sq. ft. facility in Houston Texas, named OGi-Houston. This facility is located at 12300B Amelia Dr. Houston, TX 77045 and
is ready to provide customers with an array of grating products and services, starting with light duty steel grating. They also provide fabrication services and just-in-time delivery from their large inventory of grating panels and stair treads.
OGi-Houston will serve customers in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Fred Majors will be the General Manager of OGi-Houston as he brings a wealth of experience from the oil and gas industry.
Ohio Gratings, Inc. headquarters and corporate office of OGi-Houston, is located at 5299 Southway St., SW, Canton, OH and has a 212,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. They also have a third 15,000 sq. ft. facility in Ridgeland, SC that offers an array of
grating products and services including an inventory of light duty steel and aluminum. This facility also provides fabrication services from end banding to the most complex fabrication request. Since 1970 OGI has manufactured quality bar grating.
From traditional industrial flooring to architectural applications, OGI offers extensive design and custom fabrication services, engineering support, budget estimate projects and shop drawings. They operate in accordance to ANSI (American National
Standards Institute) and NAAMM (National Association of Architectural Metal Manufacturers) standards. Some applications of the OGI bar grating include entranceways, sun screens, vent grilles, handrail panels, ceiling tiles, security
screens, visual barriers, fences, trenches, pump & lift stations and water & wastewater treatment plants.
