January 27, 2009 - Norwood Marking Systems / Allen Coding Systems announces the appointment of Randy Roberts as Regional Account Manager. Roberts is responsible for bringing the company's high-quality thermal transfer and hot stamp printing equipment to the market. He is working directly with end-users as well as distributors and partnering with OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) to integrate Norwood / Allen printers on a variety of host equipment.
Based in Tallahassee, FL, Roberts handles the territory that includes Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas.

His industry experience, together with his strong relationship-building skills, make him perfectly suited to helping customers select the best coding and marking equipment for their applications," noted Bill Delmolino, Director of Sales & Marketing at Norwood / Allen. Roberts brings more than 10 years of experience selling industrial packaging equipment to his position at Norwood / Allen. Most recently, Roberts was a Sales Representative for ITW Signode Packaging Systems. Previously, he was an Account Manager with Bradford Company and prior to that, Sales Representative for Inmark. Roberts holds a bachelor's degree from University of Florida.
