The Nex Flow(TM) X-Stream(TM) Air Blade(TM) Air Knife, already used extensively for replacing rows of nozzles or jets or drilled pipe to reduce energy is now available 15" lengths as a standard stock item due to popular request. This size is available now in both standard anodized aluminum in hard anodized versions for mildly corrosive environments and to address any abrasive contact to the surface.
The Nex Flow X-Stream Air Blade Air Knife is easy to mount and maintain, reducing both compressed air consumption and noise levels. It is the most efficient design yet achieved for air curtain blow off technology for reducing noise levels yet providing the optimum in blow off energy.
The Nex Flow X-Stream Air Blade Air Knife works by producing a laminar flow of air along its length using the "Coanda" effect which entrains a large volume of air from the surrounding area along with a small amount of compressed air from the X-Stream Air Blade itself to produce an output flow up to 40 times.
System payback on compressed air savings can be as soon as a few weeks in some applications.
Available in 2", 3", 6", 9", 12", 15",18", 24", 30", 36", 42". 48"and 54" lengths as standard the Nex Flow X-Stream Air Blade Air Knives can also be coupled together using a coupling kit for longer spans.
