New Jersey Plastics Company Paves the Way by Offering New Plastic Molding Services

Emco Plastics injection molding division can now design, create, and manufacture high quality molded parts for all needs.

Cedar Grove, NJ – In today’s ever changing world, manufactures are always on the lookout to create items designed uniquely for their products. They may want something eye catching, idiosyncratic, of high quality, and of course functional. Emco Plastics injection molding division can now design, create, and manufacture high quality molded parts for all needs.

Emco's new process of using high pressure injection, plastic polymers are forced into a custom made mold or tool. The plastic polymers cool within the mold and solidify, conforming to the exact shape of the mold. Once the process is complete, Emco’s staff inspects and re-inspects to make sure they will meet the specifications and quality of the part you desire. Emco can produce single and multi-cavity molds, cam action molds, as well as MUD inserts.

A wide array of items can be created by utilizing the new injection molding process at Emco. Items designed and manufactured at Emco Include; 3A Dairy caps, spouts, and adapters, NSF certified soft print and automotive components. Twin signal lenses, housings, fuse pullers; vending machine parts are just some of the many parts produced by Emco.

Have a specific resin you prefer your part to be manufactured from? Emco Plastics handles a wide range of commodity and engineered grade filled and unfilled resins. These include glass filled Nylon, ABS, PVC, Acetal, TPE, and many others. Remember too, Emco offers additional services to make them a one stop shop for molded plastic parts. These services include CNC machining, ultrasonic welding, heat transfer decal, hot stamping, and assembly. Adding these services allows the customer to receive great value for your complete project.

Founded in 1983, Emco Plastics has grown from its modest roots as a distributor/fabricator into one of the leading suppliers of plastic sheet, rod, and tube, machined and molded parts in North America.
