New Hyde Park, NY - Stock Drive Products/Sterling Instrument is proud to introduce the new D062 Capabilities Brochure that provides an overview of SDP/SI facilities, engineering, manufacturing, inventory delivery, and clean room. This year Stock Drive Products, ISO 9001 Registered and Sterling Instrument, ISO 9001 and AS9100 Registered, are celebrating 40 and 50 years respectively so it was important to both that this new capabilities brochure was as user-friendly as possible and reflected their continued commitment to customer service.
Of special interest is a comprehensive machinery listing which includes the number, type and manufacturer of SDP/SI machinery which includes: 139 Gear manufacturing machines, 43 cnc lathes, 22 non-cnc lathes, 11 cnc milling machines, 20 grinding machines, plus many other machines for drilling, plastic injection, inspection & test, etc. The experienced SDP/SI engineering team produces products from customer prints that can have a tolerance of 0.0001", of diameter up to 16", gears & racks from 8DP to 200DP, worm & worm wheels from 16DP to 72DP, and AGMA tolerances up to Q14.
