New Brochure from Leviton Highlights Easy-to-Install Line of Leaded Wiring Devices
Little Neck, NY, May 2, 2007 - Leviton Manufacturing's new Leaded Receptacles and Switches brochure highlights the company's complete line of 15 Amp and 20 Amp leaded receptacles and switches. The line of labor-saving leaded devices is the most cost effective choice for new construction projects or projects requiring substantial additions to hotels, hospitals, universities and multi-story office buildings. Factory-installed leads make for faster installation than traditional external clamps without sacrificing performance and reliability. Leaded switches and receptacles are available in both industrial grade and hospital grade configurations in a wide range of color choices to complement virtually any environment.
Designed for high traffic areas, Leviton leaded receptacles feature device bodies constructed of impact-resistant thermoplastic, dual drive pins for sturdy assembly and large, triple-wipe brass "T" contacts for superior conductivity. Each device is supplied with 6 inch long, #12 AWG THHN factory installed wire leads and a heavy gauge, locked-in wrap-around mounting strap.
Leviton leaded toggle switches feature large silver contacts for long service life, triple combination head steel screws, heavy gauge steel mounting strap and 6 inch long, # 12 AWG THHN wire leads.
