Napolitano Named President of ITT Industrial & BioPharm Group

Kenneth Napolitano has been appointed President of the Industrial & BioPharm Group of ITT Corporation. The ITT Industrial & BioPharm Group (IBG), headquartered in Seneca Falls, NY, manufactures and markets products globally under a number of premier brands including Goulds Pumps®, Pure-Flo®, Engineered Valves, A-C Pump®, PumpSmart®, and PRO Services®. IBG has manufacturing plants, PRO Services Centers
and sales offices spanning 45 countries worldwide with over 2,000 employees.

Mr. Napolitano began his career as an engineering co-op at Goulds Pumps in 1980. He progressed through numerous sales, operations, and marketing management positions, until ultimately assuming the Vice Presidency of Sales and Service Operations - Americas. Napolitano's successful development of ITT's Monitoring and Controls business as well as his revitalization of the ITT PRO Services organization were recognized by ITT senior management. Napolitano has functioned as Interim President since the August departure of William Taylor who was promoted to President of ITT China.

Mr. Napolitano received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University and has participated in the ITT- sponsored Ashridge Executive Education program. Napolitano is a Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt. He will report to Henry J. Driesse, Fluid Technology Group President, headquartered in Upper Saddle River, NJ.
