Multi-National Telecommunication Infrastructure Provider, Powerstorm Capital Corporation, Relocates to Palos Verdes

Rancho Palos Verdes, CA  – Powerstorm Capital Corporation CEO and Rancho Palos Verdes resident, Mike J. Freni, today announced the relocation of his El Segundo-based operation to the Gold Cove Center in Rancho Palos Verdes.  Powerstorm (http://www.powerstormcapital.com) maintains offices in Hong Kong, New York as well as an operational hub in The Netherlands. The company, which is in its developmental stage, is listed on the NYSE as PSTO and is focused on servicing the telecommunications and hybrid energy sectors in emerging nations.

Powerstorm engages in consulting and sourcing services within global telecommunication infrastructure by facilitating re-use of decommissioned telecommunication equipment, assembling and reassembling base stations, telecommunication towers and related equipment and provides around-the-clock technical support and management services for outsourced repair and maintenance needs of its communication towers. An integral part of Powerstorm’s business is its ability to source and install region-specific hybrid power solutions.

In preparation for a growth round of funding, in 2013 Powerstorm reached out to prospective clients across three continents and over 60 companies, offering turnkey communication tower and hybrid power solutions to key telecommunication providers that include Ericsson, Eltek, Flexenclosures, Huawei, ZTE and NSN.

In addition to Powerstorm’s primary telecommunication and energy solutions business, the company has embraced a broader vision that would contribute to development and sustainable growth of communities within the emerging economies it serves.

Part of Powerstorm’s motivation in moving to the South Bay includes the company’s dedication to reducing carbon footprint and working from --and with -- a local community that understands the need to create sustainable global micro economies as a stepping stone to an improved world financial community.

Powerstorm is open to project-by-project investment in creation of whole community solutions as working templates for a larger model that targets emerging areas in South America, sub-Saharan Africa the rural North America, China and Eastern Europe.

Powerstorm projects are focused on emerging areas where addition of a telecommunication system would enhance a sustainable community model that would update the current operating model – namely, erect and protect towers by force – with a kinder and more sustainable model that applies concepts of conscious capitalism, creating a scalable opportunity and safer environment for local emerging economies and a fair return on investment for project investors and participants.  New telecommunication-tower based communities would also serve as conduits to organic food systems, green housing, education and wellness.

Powerstorm founder Mike Freni’s largest financial achievement to date has been a $25 Million raise for Commodore International.

Powerstorm will soon announce an open house and ribbon cutting at its new offices, located at 31244 Palos Verdes Drive W., Suite 245, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275, around the 2013 holiday season.  Powerstorm plans to donate a portion of the profit from project investments generated in the South Bay to local charities.
