Management Changes
Bruno Cathomen appointed CEO of Mikron Group; change in the position of CFO.
In addition to serving as COO of the Mikron Machining division, Bruno Cathomen will assume the office of CEO and the executive leadership of the Mikron Group with effect from 1 October 2011.
Peter Ilg, CFO of the Mikron Group, has decided to leave Mikron at the end of April 2011. Martin Blom, current Head of Group Finance & Controlling of the Mikron Group, has been appointed CFO and member of the Mikron Group Management effective 1 May 2011.
The Board of Directors wishes the newly constituted Group Management with Messrs. Cathomen, Rihs and Blom much success and would also like to thank Mr. Ilg for his dedication and commitment as CFO.
