Pennsauken, NJ, September 8, 2009 - Macro Sensors has appointed John Matlack as Manager of Global Business Development. Based at Macro Sensors' corporate headquarters in Pennsauken, NJ, John will drive strategic business development, assess new market opportunities and develop new customer relationships on a global basis.

For nearly 20 years, John has been involved in the sensor industry, selling and providing technical expertise on LVDT position sensors and their supporting electronics. He previously worked for Measurement Specialties for 10 years, serving in several key positions including applications engineer, business development manager and, finally, as regional manager for U.S. and Canadian sales territories. John also worked as a sales rep for L-tron and as inside sales engineer for Lucas Schaevitz.
