Toronto, ON, November 20, 2007 - Redline Communications Inc., (TSX and AIM: RDL) a leading provider of standards-based WiMAX and broadband wireless infrastructure products, today announced that MTN Cameroon, a subsidiary of the MTN Group, a multinational telecommunications group operating in 21 countries in Africa and the Middle East, has chosen Redline's WiMAX Forum Certified(TM) RedMAX(TM) products for its 12-city WiMAX network.

The first phase of the MTN Cameroon's WiMAX roll-out will include the cities of Douala and Yaound©, with 10 additional cities planned for 2007 and 2008. During this phase, MTN Cameroon will install base stations with capacity to serve thousands of users and will offer VLAN services to more than 700 corporate customers. The company expects to extend its services to more than 12,000 residential users in Douala and Yaound© in 2007. MTN Cameroon chose Redline's RedMAX products after a two year tender process during which the company evaluated WiMAX products from several companies.

"MTN is revolutionizing broadband services throughout Africa. With the launch of our WiMAX network in Cameroon, the company has catapulted the country to the forefront of telecommunications, bringing the most advanced services available to business and residents, and bringing connectivity 'Everywhere You Go'," said Eben Albertyn, Chief Technical Officer, MTN Cameroon. "By selecting Redline's WiMAX Forum Certified solutions, we have ensured that our networks will have the capacity and features that will allow us to generate a rapid return on our investment and to serve more customers over time."

RapidCloud a Redline Certified Partner and the leading wireless systems integrator, has initiated the first phase of the WiMAX network and is developing network plans for each of the additional 10 cities where MTN Cameroon will roll out its WiMAX services. "Redline's footprint in emerging markets continues to grow as Redline works with MTN Cameroon and RapidCloud to deploy what will be one of the largest WiMAX networks on the African continent," said Majed Sifri, President and CEO, Redline Communications Inc. "MTN Cameroon is the latest example of a major telecommunications provider that is now offering commercial, revenue generating WiMAX services with RedMAX, with plans to expand their networks to serve more subscribers over time. With its proven ability to support a high concentration of users on a single sector, RedMAX provides carriers with an excellent return on investment."

Supporting a high concentration of subscribers, it enables operators to realize a rapid return on their WiMAX investment, with a low total cost of ownership. The RedMAX 4C includes a modular, standardized µTCA (micro Telecommunications Computing Architecture) chassis base station that is small, lightweight and easy to deploy.
