New improved same day shipping service applies to in-stock orders for Factory Automation, Press Die, and Mold components entered by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time

Effective immediately, orders of MISUMI’s Factory Automation, Press Die, and Mold products entered by 2:00 p.m. CST will automatically ship on the same day from either the Chicago or Los Angeles distribution center. According to Nobuyuki Ashida, President of MISUMI USA, “This expanded same day shipping time is the result of efficiency and processing improvements in our distribution center operations, and we wanted to pass along that benefit to customers, offering them a wider time window for same day shipping. Our goal is always to deliver high quality products in the shortest possible time at competitive prices, and this change reflects that commitment.” This improved service applies to more than 30,000 in-stock products. When entering orders before 2:00 p.m. CST, purchasers do not need to make any special request or pay higher shipping costs. With minor exceptions, all applicable orders will automatically be upgraded to same day shipment, at no additional charge. To view locally stocked products, users can simply filter their product search criteria by searching for 1-day products, which can be quickly narrowed down by selecting the Days to Ship section.
