Lucas-Milhaupt Acquires Omni Technologies Corporation
MILWAUKEE, WI (November 5, 2007)-Lucas-Milhaupt, Inc., a subsidiary of Handy & Harman., announces the acquisition of Omni Technologies Corporation of Danville, a New Hampshire based company specializing in the manufacture and distribution of aluminum-based brazing and soldering materials.

Omni Technologies is a manufacturer of innovative products for specialized brazing and soldering applications. The company's flux cored aluminum products have revolutionized brazing in the automotive and HVAC/R industries and their family of metal-joining products include aluminum flux cored and coated wire and rings, noncorrosive flux coated shims and a broad selection of braze and solder pastes that include aluminum, silver, nickel, copper, tin, and zinc alloys.
