New automobile design and fabrication show surprises deserving individuals with a transformed auto

Cleveland - One of television's most popular and emotional automotive restoration programs is back - the new Overhaulin' airs Tuesday nights, beginning Oct. 2, at 9 p.m. on the Velocity Channel.

Award-winning designer Chip Foose, of Foose Design, is joined on the new Overhaulin' by returning co-host Chris Jacobs. Joining the new team is fabricator and veteran automotive television personality Jessi Combs. Combs also serves as one of the hosts on the Velocity Channel series All Girls Garage.

On the new Overhaulin', the team rewards a deserving individual with a newly restored ride. Each project is designed to be a life-changing catalyst for the auto's owners.

The show's producers chose Lincoln Electric to supply welding and cutting equipment along with welding helmets and safety apparel. The Company provided a variety of products for the show, including Precision TIG®, Invertec® TIG, POWER MIG® wire feeder/welders, Tomahawk® plasma cutting systems, VIKING(TM) auto-darkening welding helmets and Red Line(TM) Welding Gear.

"We at Lincoln Electric are excited to be working with Overhaulin'," said Greg Coleman, Group Leader, Marketing Communications at Lincoln Electric. "Chip and the Overhaulin' team have a history of creating fantastic restorations that capture both Chip's award-winning design sense and a little of the auto owner's personality, as well. We look forward to seeing how the team uses Lincoln Electric products to fabricate a dream car each week for a deserving owner."

Overhaulin' is produced by WATV Productions. Lenny Shabes and Chip Foose are Executive Producers. David Lee is Executive Producer for the Velocity Channel.
