World's Foremost Bank Will Use eFLOW to Accelerate Processing of Banking Form Workflows to Improve Credit Management

TEL AVIV, Israel - Top Image Systems(TM), Ltd. (TIS(TM)) (Nasdaq: TISA), a leading ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions provider, today announced that World's Foremost Bank has selected Top Image Systems' eFLOW Digital Mailroom solution. World's Foremost Bank, headquartered in Lincoln, NE, a subsidiary of Cabela's Incorporated (NYSE: CAB) and the issuer of Cabela's CLUB Visa credit card, services over 2 million Cabela's Visa cardholders. Credit card and other banking services require that the bank meet complex and voluminous document management requirements to promptly and accurately process the many varied and lengthy legal forms involved in providing these services.

Using the eFLOW platform's automated Digital Mailroom functionalities, the bank will be able to rapidly and accurately identify, classify, sort and process the many varied forms they receive every day and automatically activate workflows that direct the documents to their proper recipients. In the case of a bankruptcy filing, for example, sets of forms must be promptly reviewed and signed by various bank, customer and state representatives; using eFLOW will facilitate faster, more accurate filing completion. Digital Mailroom allows World's Foremost Bank to optimally identify and process incoming mail and forms from customers; the software will recognize different types of documents based on terminology and accordingly deliver them to the correct destinations. Thanks to the integration between eFLOW and their core banking systems, optimized workflow processing will contribute to improved credit management.

According to Ms. Irene Strong, VP of Operations at World's Foremost Bank, "We expect the use of eFLOW to make a dramatic improvement in our banking form and document management workflows. We are especially excited about using eFLOW's new barcode recognition functionality. The ability to automatically and intelligently route incoming documentation to the correct destinations, while synchronizing credit status with our core banking systems will accelerate operations, increase accuracy and prevent errors, ultimately saving us money."

Commented Omri Gelb, Executive Vice President of Top Image Systems, "We are proud to combine our industry knowledge and business process expertise in order to offer expanded services to our customers in the banking and financial services industry. World's Foremost Bank's decision to deploy the eFLOW Digital Mailroom solution to optimize banking form and documentation workflows is proof both of the flexibility and powerful functionality of the eFLOW Platform as well as of the Company's long-term commitment to continually satisfy its customer install base."
