Laird Technologies, Inc. and Altron Sign Distribution Agreement
Initial Product Inventory Includes Thermal Interface, EMI, and SIP Products
St. Louis, Missouri, USA - April 23, 2008 - Laird Technologies, Inc., a global leader in the design and supply of critical components and systems for advanced electronics and wireless products, today announced it has signed a distribution agreement with German-based distributor Altron.
Altron's initial stocking package includes Laird Technologies' thermal interface, electromagnetic interference (EMI), and signal integrity (SIP) products for all sectors of the electronics industry, including telecommunications, data transfer and information technology, as well as the automotive, aerospace, consumer, medical, and industrial markets.
As a leading distributor for more than 75 years, Altron has an excellent reputation for value-added customer service, extensive market knowledge, and a strong customer base. The agreement is expected to bring new customers to both Altron and Laird Technologies.
