Labels and More assists Vending Machine Operators in complying
with the new July 1st requirement of Posting Notice to Customers.

Effective July 1, 2010 operators of vending machines to post the following
statement on the upper front of each vending machine so the pubic can
easily view.

"FLORIDA LAW REQUIRES THIS NOTICE TO BE POSTED ON ALL FOOD
AND BEVERAGE VENDING MACHINES.

Report any machine without a notice to (800) 352-9273. You may be eligible for
a cash reward.

DO NOT USE THIS NUMBER TO REPORT PROBLEMS WITH THE
VENDING MACHINE SUCH AS LOST MONEY OR OUT-OF-DATE PRODUCTS."

Alan Miller, Owner of Labels & More, says that "Failure to comply can result in a penalty of $250.00 for each vending machine
without this notice. Interest will accrue on the $250.00 penalty, according to

machines in Florida. Companies must now remove all personal information such
as name address and Federal Employer Identification Numbers and replace with new
notice.

provides information leading to the recovery of unpaid taxes from the operation
of coin-operated vending machines in Florida. (Reference: Section 212.0515,
