Joint Venture for Malvern Instruments in Fast-Growing Indian Market


12 August 2008; Malvern, UK: A joint venture between leading materials characterization company Malvern Instruments and Aimil, Malvern's long-term distribution partner in India, has resulted in the establishment of Malvern Aimil Instruments Pvt Ltd. The new company became operational on 1 May 2008. The joint venture will be headquartered in Mumbai, but staff will operate from all eight offices across India, including the two particle size centres of excellence in Bangalore and Baroda.
