International Communications Group Names New Director of Engineering


NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - August 16, 2007 - International Communications Group, Inc. (ICG) today announced the appointment of Darrell Andregg to director of engineering.

In addition to overseeing the engineering department, Andregg's responsibilities will include monitoring and improving development processes to insure product quality and customer satisfaction as well as developing a plan for the company's upward mobility within the aviation sector.

"One of Darrell's primary tasks will be to ensure that ICG is a forerunner in the development of innovative and technologically advanced communications products," said Armin Jabs, president of ICG. "Anticipating our customers' future expectations, as well as meeting present needs is one of our highest priorities."

Andregg brings over 23 years experience in embedded software and hardware development with a strong emphasis on product development. Prior to joining ICG, he was the director of firmware development at Axxcelera Broadband Wireless, a leading manufacturer of fixed wireless point-to-multipoint broadband communication equipment. During his tenure at Axxcelera, Andregg held a leadership role in the development and launch of multiple product lines including the latest industry standard 802.16 WiMax products. Before joining Axxcelera, Andregg founded C Communications Inc. where he served as president for over eleven years. C Communications designed and manufactured telephony switchgear for the Inmarsat maritime satellite communications industry.
