Infolytica Corporation Releases MagNet Design Suite for Windows® Vista and Launches ElecNet: Trial Edition

Montreal - August 28, 2007 - Infolytica Corporation announced today that the newest releases of MagNet, ElecNet, ThermNet and OptiNet are fully compatible with the Microsoft Windows® Vista operating system. The updates also include the latest 3D ACIS modeler and enhancements to the demagnetization prediction field feature. The company will be hosting several free web-based seminars during the month of September for anyone interested in learning more about the newest release of MagNet.

Infolytica also added ElecNet: Trial Edition to its existing free downloadable software. ElecNet: Trial Edition offers the same industry-leading 2D electrostatic and 2D current flow solvers available in the full license edition. The software is ideal for designers interested in simulating electric field phenomena in high voltage bushings, various types of transformers, surge arresters and other applications. Asides from its capability to tackle real-world problems, ElecNet Trial Edition is also the ideal educational tool for use in a university classroom environment. Included with the software is all the necessary help documentation and tutorials required to get started. Also available for download is an introductory guide, prepared by Dr. J D Edwards from the Department of Engineering and Design at the University of Sussex, which covers an extensive range of topics and examples.
