Farmington Hills, MI - Electro-Matic Products, Inc. is proud to announce that the company passed its annual ISO 9001:2000 surveillance audit.
On April 14, 2009, a lead auditor from GMSR, Terry Rust, visited Electro-Matic's facilities in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He particularly reviewed the production control area in Electro-Matic Technology Center (EMTC) and HR Training area. No non-conformances were observed and no opportunities for improvement were identified during the audit. "The company continues to run a well established business," commented Terry Rust.
ISO 9001 registration gives objective proof to customers that Electro-Matic Products, Inc. has an effective quality management system and that all of the standard's requirements are met. Electro-Matic Products has been an ISO 9001 registered company since September 1998. GMSR is scheduled to return in October 2009.
