Mark D. Adolph Joins Top Web Hosting Firm to Drive Financial Operations, Capital Market Activities, Mergers and Acquisitions
Chicago, Illinois, August 24, 2010 - Hostway Corporation, a top five global Web and cloud hosting services provider and a leader in Web and business services, announced today that Mark D. Adolph has joined the company as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Adolph will lead financial functions and run mergers and acquisitions for Hostway.
"I am excited about joining the Hostway team," said Adolph. "It's a stable company poised for growth with its recent $110 million in debt and equity financing and the backing of the private equity firm Veronis Suhler Stevenson, along with Fortress Capital, Regiment Capital and Phoenix Life."
Adolph previously served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of WildBlue Communications, a Liberty Media satellite Internet service provider partnered with the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative, Intelsat, DirecTV and EchoStar. Prior to that, Adolph worked with Cook Inlet Communications and Telecom Partners, rapidly scaling the companies operationally, establishing strategic partnerships, raising public and private capital and overseeing merger and acquisition activities in the data center and wireless and communication industry segments.
