Henry Reichhold Sales Award Winners Named for 2007

Research Triangle Park, NC: May 29: Reichhold, Inc. has announced the 2007 winners of the Henry
Reichhold Sales Award program as Sales Representative Jim Camozzi of Maple Ridge, British Columbia
(CANADA) and Sales Representative Alfie Filice of Hudson, Ohio. Both sell for Reichhold's composites
business in North America.
The program is named for Henry Reichhold who founded the company in 1927. Reichhold is celebrating 80
years of operations in 2007.
This year's Henry Reichhold Sales Award recipients were announced by Reichhold Executive Vice President,
Global Composites, Doug Frey and Senior Vice President, Global Coatings, Rodney Biddle.
The Henry Reichhold Sales Award program is presented each year to two company sales representatives
who have demonstrated outstanding sales performance in either the composites or coatings businesses.
Reichhold is the world's largest supplier of unsaturated polyester resins for the composites industry and a
leading supplier of resins for the coatings industry.
This awards program is administered globally across all of Reichhold's regions and businesses to recognize
exceptional sales performance.
Jim Camozzi, who sells in the US Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, grew volume in his territory during
2006, far exceeding the overall growth of the local market. "Jim is described as a sales representative who
finds ways to improve his performance even in declining markets," Doug Frey explained. "Jim's success can
be traced to his understanding of the market and his relationships with customers. Jim is also described as
the first to grasp the value of new products and typically the first to sell them," Frey continued.
Camozzi was hired as a truck driver for Reichhold in 1976 for the company's Port Moody, BC (Canada)
plant. However, he actually began his work in the warehouse, eventually transitioning to inside sales, and
was named to a sales representative position in 1980. In 2006, Jim was named salesman of the year in the
Western sales region of North America.
Alfie Filice, who sells throughout Quebec, part of Ohio and surrounding areas, secured a significant amount
of new business in 2006 from a mix of both existing and new customers. He was recognized as the top
performing sales representative throughout North America in 2006.
"Alfie receives high praise from all of his customers, accounting for the amount of new business he generated
in 2006," Rodney Biddle said. "His experience and business integrity in the marketplace gives Reichhold the
edge as supplier of choice at the accounts he calls on."

Henry Reichhold Sales Award
Filice joined Reichhold in 1987, as assistant plant chemist for what was then the St. Therese, Quebec
(Canada) plant, eventually moving to sales in 1992. He is fluent in three languages (English, Italian and
French).
To be eligible for the Henry Reichhold Sales Award, sales representatives must have exceeded all of their
goals and been nominated by their manager. Senior management then selected the recipients from a list of
nominated finalists.
"We were very excited to re-introduce the Henry Reichhold Sales Award," explained Doug. "The sales
function is so key to the success of this company that we wanted to establish a program to recognize
outstanding effort."
"Jim Camozzi and Alfie Filice did an incredible job in the past year, not only in the numbers they produced,
but in the way they surpassed their goals," Doug concluded.
"Their market share gains were acquired through new product introductions, providing solutions to their
customers and positioning Reichhold as a value-added supplier," Rodney added. "They are both to be
commended for their efforts, and we are therefore very pleased to recognize them as the first winners of the
Henry Reichhold Sales Award."
