Brochure Highlights Adhesives and Sealants for Photovoltaic Module Manufacturing
Rocky Hill, Conn. - August 6, 2009 - A new six-page brochure from Henkel Corporation provides detailed information on the company's line of LoctiteŽ adhesives and sealants for manufacturing photovoltaic and concentrating solar modules. The literature, Solutions for the Solar Power Industry, offers technical data on products for elastomeric bonding and sealing, rigid bonding, and potting.
o The seven LoctiteŽ products highlighted in the brochure for elastic bonding provide high resiliency, high elongation, and good adhesion for module-to-frame, module-to-bracket, mirror reflector, and concentrator lens bonding, as well as junction box mounting, and steel bracket-to-mirror panel bonding.
o For rigid metal bonding, the literature offers data on six structural adhesives formulated to provide durable, strong bonds for frame construction and metal bracket assembly.
