Winfield, Kansas - Webster Engineering announces the shipment of another HDS burner designed for burning heavy or #6 oil. The unit pictured below has an input of 16,800 MBH and uses the Autoflame linkageless system for combustion control.
Webster offers #6 oil burners from 100 to 2000 HP, all including a built in trim heater and doublewalled fuel piping to maintain proper oil temperature. This is necessary for proper atomization of the oil thus good combustion. With slight modifications these burners can also burn #4 oil, waste oil, tallow, yellow grease and white grease. They can also be designed to include natural gas as a backup fuel using a variety of control schemes.
