Groschopp Sales Force Repositioned for National Growth and New Business Development

Sioux Center, IA, July 31, 2006: John Cox, President of Groschopp, Inc. has announced three promotions within the company's sales organization for Gary Skipper, Jim DeRuyter and Ed Tullar. All promotions are effective immediately,

o Gary Skipper - Business Development Manager. Skipper's primary objectives are to develop strong, well-fitting sales channels, including the hiring and training of sales representatives and distributors. Skipper, an Electrical Engineering graduate of Michigan State who received his M.B.A. from UNC - Chapel Hill, has over 20 years of experience in technical sales and applications engineering in the motors, drives, and controls industry, and excels in crafting strategic business alliances.

o Jim DeRuyter is promoted to National Accounts Manager. DeRuyter will focus his three decades of sales success and relationship management skills on Groschopp's major accounts, providing highly personalized major account management. Known for continually developing dynamic solutions that make it easy for customers to do business with Groschopp, Jim has a long track record of "win-win" growth for both his customers and his employers. He is a graduate of Iowa State University and has owned several successful businesses.

o Ed Tullar - Sales Manager. Ed has served Groschopp for the past five years in Sales, Project Management and Distribution Management roles, and has a wealth of mechanical training and experience. In his new role as Sales Manager, he will be aggregating his mechanical expertise, product knowledge and custom motor engineering background to launch Groschopp's products into new distribution channels and applications, and build an internal sales support organization for Groschopp's customers.

"Groschopp has experienced tremendous growth since its formation in the early 1980s," said John Cox, Groschopp's new President. "Selling engineered solutions and products that are unique in the market provide a dimension that cannot be obtained by buying offshore. The motors we supply require a level of quality and reliability beyond typical applications."

Cox described the company's sales force objectives as looking to grow an exceptional independent sales representative organization that will bring Groschopp's custom motor capabilities to a customer base that isn't aware that they can get exactly what they want right here in the United States.

"We are developing a field sales organization that will help deliver that message to the market, and will give superb application support in a quick and decisive way. Speed to market is what we are all about - helping our customers get their products to market with the right custom engineered motor, fast!"
