Experienced Technical Business Executive and Turnaround Expert to Lead Fractional Horsepower Motor Business

Sioux Center, IA, July 12, 2006: Groschopp, Inc. has chosen John M. Cox to lead its US business as President. Starting in May, Cox assumed responsibility for all sales, engineering, and manufacturing operations which are currently headquartered in Sioux Center, Iowa. Mr. Cox most recently served as President and COO of Sumitomo Drive Technologies where he reversed operational losses and rebounded profits, and has proven experience growing profits for divisions of world class industry leaders such as Lennox, Emerson Electric, and Texas Instruments. An engineering graduate of Duke University, Cox is known for designing original and competitive new products, as well as building customer base and client relationships.
