APPLETON, Wis., Oct. 12, 2007 - Laminations announces two major personnel changes as part of a top leadership transition that is taking place in the Specialty Group of Great Northern Corporation.

Effective Oct. 1, Gary N. Hietpas has been promoted to the position of senior vice president of Laminations. He will serve in his new role until the end of 2008 when he will replace Richard C. Hietpas has been with Laminations for 21 years and has served as vice president of sales and marketing since 1991.

Also effective Oct. 1, Bill Faster has joined Laminations as vice president of sales. Faster comes to Laminations from Appleton, the world leader in manufacturing carbonless papers.

At Appleton, Faster held a variety of sales and sales management positions over the past 15 years, including executive director of sales of its QRSR (Quick Response Short Run) business segment with distributors.

Prior to Appleton, Faster worked for Unisource, a paper distributor in Pittsburgh.
