GlassHouse Technologies' Establishes GlassHouse International

FRAMINGHAM, Mass., March 13: GlassHouse Technologies announced today that Andy Norman will be moving into the position of senior vice president of the newly created GlassHouse International division.
Andy Norman, former managing director of GlassHouse UK, will now be responsible for the operations of GlassHouse International, a new GlassHouse division established through the recent acquisition of two Israeli companies, MBI and Integrity Systems. GlassHouse International will be based in the UK and will have offices in Israel and Turkey.
Norman has special expertise in integrating companies through an acquisition process. In 1997, he formed storage services company Sagitta Performance Systems with 10 people and $3 million in revenue. Norman grew the business to 50 people and $25 million in revenue, creating one of the UK's leading independent providers of storage consulting services.
In 2004, Sagitta was acquired by GlassHouse, and Norman assumed the role of managing director for GlassHouse UK, where he continued to expand business opportunities and develop new intellectual properties (IP) to support and advance GlassHouse services. As senior vice president of the International division, he will leverage his expertise in merging companies and developing new services, shifting his focus to other parts of Europe as well as the Middle East.
Also moving to GlassHouse International is John "JD" Creedon, as vice president of sales and integration for this division. An early member of the GlassHouse team, Creedon held a variety of leadership roles, including managing emerging technology channels and general manager of the Federal and Mid-Atlantic divisions. Creedon founded the Federal division and established a significant business within the U.S. Department of Defense community. As head of the sales teams for the International Division, Creedon will align international efforts with GlassHouse's overall approach and integrate expanded services to encompass the varying expertise of each region.
Assuming the role of managing director for the UK division is Paul Hammond. Hammond was the director of enterprise business for GlassHouse UK, where he achieved services revenue growth of 40 percent in 12 months across all practice areas. He also built the strategy practice from the ground up and serves as lead contact for several key client and partner relationships. Hammond's past experience includes leadership positions at Shell, Halliburton, CNT and Kvaerner. As managing director for GlassHouse UK, he will focus on increasing market penetration, expanding service offerings against customer requirements and cultivating the talents of GlassHouse consultants.
Doron Rosenblum, previously CEO of MBI Israel, will oversee the daily management of the offices in Israel and Turkey. Michael Burstein, founder of MBI and Integrity, will take on the role of senior vice president of business development. Both roles fall under GlassHouse's new International Division and report to Andy Norman.
