Austin, TX, USA – The HART® Communication Foundation (www.hartcomm.org) joins the other co-sponsors of the Field Communication Lounge at Hannover Messe 2013 (8-12 Apr, Hannover, Germany) – FDT Group, Fieldbus Foundation, OPC Foundation and PI (PROFIBUS & PROFINET International) – in announcing the addition of special presentations by renowned corporate magician Paul Gertner to the Lounge’s technology activities.
Gertner pioneered the concept of trade show magic more than 30 years ago and is recognized by magicians worldwide for his innovative and technically challenging illusions. Gertner will present daily as he combines his state-of-the-art illusions with a field communications message delivering a new show every 30 minutes and a free magic trick giveaway for all attendees at all shows.
Visitors to the Field Communications Lounge (Hall 9, Stand D76) will have the opportunity to view each protocol organization’s process and factory automation communication and integration technologies in a single location including educational displays on current and new technology such as WirelessHART®, FDT, FDI, PROFIenergy, IO-Link and many others. There will also be live application demonstrations and a chance to “meet the experts” in the different technology areas.
The Field Communication Lounge is a single exhibit area where visitors can learn about the latest in field communication and integration technologies and discuss how they are used to deliver powerful results that may quickly improve a company’s profitability.
