Fidelity National Financial Division Adds More Foreclosure Properties and Educational Tools to BuyBankHomes.com

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 14 -- Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF), a Fortune 500 provider of products, services and technology solutions to the financial and real estate industries, today announced the release of enhancements to BuyBankHomes.com, its popular online portal dedicated to marketing properties that are in or have completed the foreclosure process. The updates to this site will enable buyers and investors to search even more pre- and post-foreclosure property listings and use additional resources to educate themselves in the process of purchasing bank-owned, auction or pre-foreclosure properties.
BuyBankHomes provides a neutral online community for buyers and sellers of properties acquired through foreclosure. This site offers a customized user experience for real estate brokers and agents, buyers, sellers and investors. Brokers and agents utilize this portal to list foreclosed properties, monitor other foreclosure properties in specific geographic areas, and obtain leads for buyers looking for assistance with their real estate needs. On the Web site, buyers and investors can view hundreds of thousands of foreclosure and bank-owned listings, transmit offers to lenders and order ancillary products, such as property reports, home valuations and other collateral services.
With the latest updates to BuyBankHomes, buyers and investors will be able to search many more foreclosed property listings. Nearly 400,000 new properties have been added to the site.
BuyBankHomes has also enhanced the site with the addition of its new BBH Advantage Suite(TM), which consists of several educational and informative components, including the BBH Advantage Series(TM), the BBH Advantage Steps(TM) and the BBH Advantage Reports(TM).
