FIBROTEX Technologies - a leading provider of advanced camouflage and deception systems for armies and security forces worldwide - wins contract to supply thousands of units of its reversible combat uniforms - FIGHTEX - to a European army. The uniform, which was launched two years ago, is already being used by armies and Special Forces around the world. The Company will display its FIGHTEX range of advanced solutions at the show
Using the most advanced materials, these lightweight, ergonomic, breathable uniforms contribute significantly to soldier survivability and mission success. Printed on two sides, the reversible uniform enable soldiers to be camouflaged and comfortable in any season or location, with, for example, one side suited for snow camouflage and the other for forest or desert concealment. Patterns and properties can be fully customized to precisely match any cover requirements.
The uniforms were developed jointly with special units of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), based on conclusions drawn from an in-depth study of the issues faced by soldiers in past conflicts. Combining extreme sports technologies with camouflage properties, the advanced fabrics are strong and durable - as well as highly comfortable - enabling intense operations in extreme weather conditions. The FIGHTEX uniforms are specially designed for maximum operational capabilities and comfort level, as evidenced by their adaptability to all weather conditions, and their knee and elbow protectors, which ease crawling and bending.
The company offers a Complete Fighter Package by integrating the combat uniform with a range of items, including base layers, winter uniforms, vests, load carriers, etc.
